Event Overview
The Event is designed to provide visibility to professional football clubs actively seeking new talent.
Participation in the Event does not guarantee a contract offer. However, it ensures that your skills and abilities are showcased before a targeted audience of scouts and agents.
The primary goal is to bridge the gap between uncontracted players and the professional football world.
The event serves as a platform where players can demonstrate their capabilities, network with industry professionals, and potentially secure contract opportunities.
Player Eligibility
To be eligible for the Event, you must meet the following criteria: Be a free agent and not currently under contract with any professional football club.
Be in good physical condition and able to provide medical clearance from a qualified healthcare professional.
Agree to and accept all Terms and Conditions outlined in this waiver upon registration.
Meeting these eligibility requirements ensures that all participants are prepared to compete and that the Event maintains a high standard of professionalism.
Registration & Participation Fees
A non-refundable registration fee is required to cover the costs associated with organising and executing the Event.
These costs include; securing high-quality facilities for training and showcase matches, implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to attract professional clubs and agents, and conducting extensive outreach to ensure maximum exposure for participating players.
Payment of the registration fee guarantees your full participation in the showcase. It does not, however, guarantee a contract offer.
The fee is essential for maintaining the quality and scope of the Event.
Representation & Agent Selection
Participants have the option to be represented by any licensed FIFA agent. If you do not currently have an agent, the Event will provide a list of recommended licensed agents.
The Event’s role is strictly limited to facilitating exposure to professional clubs and does not extend to serving as an agent or intermediary.
Any negotiations or agreements with agents or clubs are solely the responsibility of the player.
Event Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to adhere to a high standard of professional conduct throughout the Event.
This includes always maintaining a professional demeanor, abstaining from any form of misconduct, including violent behavior or unsportsmanlike conduct.
Violations will result in immediate disqualification without a refund.
Dispute Resolution & Compliance
Any disputes pertaining to agent selection, fees, or contract negotiations will be referred to the FIFA Football Tribunal for resolution.
The Event operates in full compliance with FIFA’s Football Agent Regulations (FFAR) and does not interfere with contract negotiations between players and clubs.
Liability Waiver
Participants acknowledge and agree that the Event organisers are not liable for any injuries sustained during the showcase.
Participation is at your own risk, and signing this liability waiver is mandatory prior to taking part in the Event.
You assume responsibility for your own insurance and medical coverage.
Media
By participating in the NXG Pathway for the Pros event, you consent to the usage of images and content from the event on NXG media channels.
